30-day return policy
- Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- For safety reasons, opened medicines and supplements cannot be restocked — but if a product arrived damaged, defective, or short-dated, we’ll replace it or refund you in full. No return shipment needed.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving the return.
How to start a return
- Contact us with your order number and the items you’d like to return.
- We’ll email you a prepaid return label within one business day.
- Drop the package at any carrier location — done.
Wrong or missing items
Mistakes are rare, but if your box arrives with the wrong item or something missing, tell us within 7 days and we’ll ship the correction immediately at our cost.
