Shake well before use. Find the right dose on the chart by weight (preferred) or age. Use only the enclosed dosing syringe. No more than 5 doses in 24 hours.

Active: Acetaminophen 160 mg per 5 mL. Inactive: natural grape flavor, glycerin, purified water, sorbitol, xanthan gum. Dye-free, alcohol-free, aspirin-free.

Liver warning: contains acetaminophen. Do not give with other medicines containing acetaminophen. In case of overdose, contact Poison Control (1-800-222-1222).

Should I dose by age or weight?

Weight, whenever you know it — it's meaningfully more accurate. The label chart covers both, and our pharmacists can double-check your math anytime.

How often can I give a dose?

Every 4 hours as needed, up to 5 doses in 24 hours. Use only the enclosed syringe — kitchen spoons are wildly inconsistent.

When should a fever mean a doctor visit?

Under 3 months with any fever: call the doctor immediately. Otherwise, seek care for fevers above 104°F, lasting over 3 days, or with lethargy, rash, or dehydration.

Can I alternate with children's ibuprofen?

Pediatricians sometimes recommend alternating for stubborn fevers. Get the schedule from your pediatrician first — timing matters.
