One small tablet in the morning, and sneezing, itchy eyes, and a runny nose stay out of your day — indoors and out. Cetirizine HCl 10 mg is the same prescription-strength antihistamine once available only from your doctor, now yours without the copay.

Why allergy sufferers swear by it

  • Full 24-hour relief from one daily tablet — no midday re-dosing.
  • Works on indoor and outdoor allergies: pollen, pet dander, dust mites, and mold.
  • Starts working within an hour for most people — noticeably faster than loratadine for many.
  • 90-tablet bottle covers a full allergy season for a fraction of drugstore pricing.

FSA/HSA eligible — pay with pre-tax dollars. If congestion is your main symptom, pair it with our drug-free saline spray, or ask our pharmacists what fits your symptoms best.

Adults and children 6 years and over: take one 10 mg tablet once daily. Do not take more than one tablet in 24 hours.

Active: Cetirizine HCl 10 mg (antihistamine). Inactive: colloidal silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate.

Do not use if you have ever had an allergic reaction to this product or to an antihistamine containing hydroxyzine. Drowsiness may occur; avoid alcohol. Keep out of reach of children.

Will cetirizine make me drowsy?

It's classified as non-drowsy, though a small percentage of people notice mild sleepiness. If that's you, taking it in the evening solves it for most.

How is cetirizine different from Claritin or Allegra?

All three are second-generation antihistamines. Cetirizine (Zyrtec's active) tends to act fastest and strongest but has a slightly higher chance of drowsiness.

Can I take it every day all season?

Yes — cetirizine is designed for daily use during allergy season. Adults 65+ or anyone with kidney disease should ask a doctor first.

Can kids take this?

This 10 mg tablet is for adults and children 6 years and older. For younger children, talk to your pediatrician about children's formulations.
