Colds don’t keep office hours — so this combo pack covers all 24 of them. Daytime softgels knock back congestion, cough, aches, and fever without slowing you down; nighttime softgels add a gentle antihistamine so you can actually sleep and heal.

What makes the combo smart

  • Day formula: acetaminophen, dextromethorphan, and phenylephrine — multi-symptom relief, zero drowsiness.
  • Night formula adds doxylamine to quiet coughs and help you rest.
  • Color-coded blisters — never mix up day and night doses at 3 AM.
  • 48 softgels total — enough to carry the whole household through a rough week.

Contains acetaminophen — don’t combine with other acetaminophen products, and see the Warnings tab before use.

Adults and children 12 years and over: take 2 softgels every 4 hours (Day) or at bedtime (Night). Do not exceed 8 softgels (day) or 4 softgels (night) in 24 hours.

Day: Acetaminophen 325 mg, Dextromethorphan HBr 10 mg, Phenylephrine HCl 5 mg. Night: adds Doxylamine succinate 6.25 mg.

Contains acetaminophen — see liver warning. Do not use with any other product containing acetaminophen. Keep out of reach of children.

Can I take the day formula at night?

You can — it simply lacks the sleep-supporting antihistamine. Never take day and night doses closer than 4 hours apart, and respect the daily maximums on the label.

Can I take this with my blood pressure medication?

The decongestant phenylephrine can raise blood pressure. Ask a doctor before use if you have heart disease or hypertension — our pharmacists can suggest alternatives.

How long can I use it?

If symptoms last more than 7 days or fever more than 3 days, stop and see a doctor — that's beyond a routine cold.

Is this safe with other acetaminophen products?

No. Both formulas already contain acetaminophen; adding more risks liver damage. Check every label.
